job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDay Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with possible overtime 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience Previous experience with Oracle / JDE Quick learner with a high attention to detail Stable work tenure Process a large volume of Accounts Payable invoices through Basware or similar software Perform PO Invoice Manual Matching Maintain a high accuracy rate with attention to detail Respond promptly to calls and emails, both internally and externally Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice issues through research and communication Communicate effectively with vendors and Operations to resolve payable issues Work professionally with Operations at all levels Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Handle miscellaneous projects and monthly / yearly close tasks Perform administrative tasks such as mail handling and copying High School Diploma or GED 2 years of accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel Experience with Oracle Cloud / EBS and Basware is a plus
