Northern Vermont client has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Join a dynamic team providing outpatient primary care. They are a NCQA accredited facility with excellent provider support. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a wide range of primary care and rural medicine. This location provides a catchment area of 28,000 and is located close to the Canadian border.

Practice details include :

• Salary up to $110,00 plus productivity based incentives
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including educational loan repayment
• Generous PTO
• This position does not require weekends with the additional benefit of major holidays as days off.
• Staff of eight physicians and six advanced practitioners. The practice is part of a certified medical home model.
• On average of 18-22 patients per day
