Security Officer - Aero / Defense Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Aero / Defense Patrol Driver in Mukilteo, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming environment. Your presence will be visible as you conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $22.16 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Wed 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Thur 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Fri 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for aerospace and defense locations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual behavior or activities and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities during shifts.
  • Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and guiding visitors or employees as needed.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs specific to aerospace and defense environments.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
  • A security-related guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
