We deliver secure, high-quality language access solutions for USCIS and other federal agencies across more than 80 languages.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our USCIS contract. This role ensures continuity of leadership, manages day-to-day operations, and provides oversight when the Program Manager is engaged in executive-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple task orders (OPI, VRI, ASL, translation).
  • Serve as acting lead in the Program Managers absence.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, and CORs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support risk management, compliance tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including invoice reviews and cost tracking.
  • Manage process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Mentor and support project staff to ensure consistent quality across the contract.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5+ years of operations or contract management experience, preferably in federal contracting or language services.
  • Strong understanding of USCIS / DHS protocols, FAR regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multilingual teams or service delivery projects preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3 / Tier 5 clearance.
