Endpoint Systems Engineer (Infrastructure Services and Management Engineer)

Job Description

As an Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you will be instrumental in monitoring and supporting the highly critical and highly available health system infrastructure. Your focus will be on endpoint engineering, end-user computing, and enhancing the end-user experience, with an emphasis on Windows endpoint management and Microsoft Intune. You will collaborate with senior engineering staff, network / data center operations, project management, and service desk teams to ensure seamless operational support of assigned systems within established timelines.

Job Responsibility

• Develops and maintains infrastructure within the area of expertise.
• Develops, recommends, implements, and evaluates approved policies and procedures (and updates) relating to the supported infrastructure.
• Coordinates and provides technical assistance, and software upgrades for supported infrastructure.
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
