Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Type : Full-Time, On-Site

School Year : Spring 2026

We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Special Education Teacher with strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience to join our team in New Jersey for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs who require structured, data-driven instructional approaches. This is caseload is K - 6.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with NJDOE and federal guidelines.

Provide specialized instruction utilizing ABA principles, task analysis, and data-based intervention strategies.

Collect and analyze behavior and academic data to inform instructional decisions.

Collaborate closely with BCBAs, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent programming.

Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district, state, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Special Education or a related field.

Current New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) Special Education certification (TOSD or TOH required).

Prior ABA experience in a school or clinical setting (required).

Strong ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to instruction.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Schedule :

Full-time, Monday through Friday
