[job_card.job_description]Work in a hospital operating room with 10 ORs Weekend night shifts : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7pm to 7am Call rotation required with one 24-hour call per contract during a recognized holiday Patient cases include general, ortho, joint, urology, endo, trauma, robotics (Davinci), bariatrics, OBGYN, ENT, cataracts / retina, and c-section Current EPIC charting experience within the past 6 months is required Collaborative team environment with monthly staff meetings Participate in a collaborative and positive team environment Orientation consists of five 8-hour shifts Hospital-provided scrubs are required PTO for weekend option employees is limited to one weekend per quarter, with allowances for longer vacations twice per year Holiday call is required once per contract during recognized holidays Compliance documentation is due seven business days before the start date Active NC or compact RN license required Current AHA BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of recent operating room experience with at least 1 successful travel assignment Experience across all major OR service lines, including cataracts / retina, vascular (thrombectomy), and c-sections Must be comfortable managing emergency situations Proficient in robotic (Davinci) procedures High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
