Job Title : Business Process Analyst (Gap Analysis As-Is / To-Be Modeling Policy Impact 8 yrs)

Location : Austin TX (Onsite- Local candidates) (Within 50-mile radius)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

• Strong ability to research gather assemble correlate and analyze system requirements. Capable of identifying solutions preparing concise reports and solving complex problems while prioritizing critical information.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present reports that identify functional and operational gaps to executive stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or developing as-is and to-be process models to identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Skilled in mapping business processes identifying improvements and planning enhancements.
• Experience analyzing program policies and procedures to determine their impact on automated systems and functional areas.
• Proven experience collaborating with functional teams to understand current and future needs not supported by existing processes or technology solutions.
