A company is looking for a Director - Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with teams to identify requirements, pain points, and business goals

Develop technical and business documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution overviews

Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare responses based on client requirements

Required Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed institute (Full Time)

10+ years of relevant experience in solutioning, requirements gathering, and business development

Understanding of proposal, costing, and pre-sales in contact centre technologies

Experience with GenAI projects in the CX space is an advantage

Strong analytical and quantitative skills
