Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Specialty accepted : Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Start date or shifts : As soon as credentialed - ongoing (must commit to 6 months)

Daily schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. (8-hour guarantee)

Practice setting : Travel Home Health Assessments

Types of procedures : Primary care, wellness exams, chronic disease management, population health, and kidney care

Number of patients : 3-4 (up to 6 if in proximity)

Ages : Adults

Additional information : Travel APP role covering multiple areas in Washington; must hold active DEA and state license; full-time availability required; BLS certification needed; home health or kidney care experience preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged; orientation includes 3-day paid training in Brentwood, TN; support team includes at-home RNs and LCSWs; mileage reimbursed at $0.44 per gallon; credentialing 90-120 days (faster with Medicare / Medicaid enrollment);
