Billing Representative

A company is looking for a Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies

Provide input for managing and controlling the premium billing function

Educate customers on online invoice and payment options

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems

Current experience in billing or collections

Able to work a flexible 40-hour schedule during business hours
