Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for leading proposal teams in the development of high-quality proposals for biomedical research.

Key Responsibilities

Manage proposal response teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions

Collaborate with the Government BD and Capture teams to align proposal plans with established messaging strategies

Organize, write, edit, and format proposals while providing ongoing content support and managing proposal data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline required or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of proposal management experience in a professional environment

Experience with government solicitations and CRO or IT proposals preferred

User-level experience with CRM and Content Management Systems preferred

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
