Compensation :

$100,000 + at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Be the Showings Pro : Schedule and coordinate showings for clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience as they explore their dream homes
• Embrace Mentorship : Attend weekly sales meetings and mentorship meetings / calls to learn from the best in the industry and constantly refine your skills to become a real estate expert
• Be the Life of the Party : Attend and support events provided to clients, friends, family, and vendors, building and nurturing relationships to foster a strong network in the real estate industry
• Guide with Confidence : Work closely with buyers and sellers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the often-stressful home-buying process, helping them achieve their goals and make informed decisions
• Be Present for the Big Moments : Attend closing and home inspections, providing valuable insights and assistance to clients, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate process from start to finish
