Job Title : Cleanroom Assembler Operator

Location : Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate : $19.00 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift (Full-time)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Cleanroom Assembler Operator to join our production team in Tempe, AZ. This position operates within a cleanroom environment requiring a full bunny suit. You will be responsible for manually loading and unloading products, operating and maintaining machines, and conducting basic quality checks with precision. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role, ideal for individuals who thrive in repetitive, process-driven work with high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manually load and unload parts and components using established procedures
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, including filling chemicals
• Use a low-powered microscope for limited inspection tasks
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper handling procedures for delicate glass products
• Perform data entry and basic PC functions as part of production documentation
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts
