We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Software Quality Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, focusing on delivering solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs). Prior experience in Data Science, ML Science, or ML Engineering teams is a plus.

As a Quality LMTS, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and maintaining the quality strategy for Salesforce products, with a focus on integrating cutting‑edge AI technologies; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure Salesforce’s AI‑driven solutions meet the highest quality standards for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Innovation & Adoption : Identify opportunities for integrating AI / ML solutions into existing workflows, propose new ones, and communicate and evaluate solution options among stakeholders.
• Continued Excellence in AI / ML : Stay informed on developments in AI / ML, tracking publicly available models, frameworks, libraries and publications for practical application.
• Technical Leadership on Proof of Concepts : Influence the direction of R&D through technical, process, or product knowledge; lead quality concerns and validation techniques.
• Collaborate on AI Model Improvements : Work with data scientists and ML engineers to provide feedback on LLM performance and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate LLM Performance : Assess and optimize LLMs for quality, accuracy, relevance and safety across use cases.
• Human Evaluation : Oversee human evaluation processes for subjective quality dimensions, such as response engagement, user safety and contextual accuracy.
• Define Quality Strategies : Develop and implement robust quality strategies for Salesforce’s SaaS products focused on AI / ML and LLM integrations.
• Provide Technical Leadership : Offer expertise on key technologies, drive best practices in R&D and guide cross‑team discussions on complex issues.
• Cross‑Platform Collaboration : Use understanding of customer needs across industries and technology landscapes to develop solutions across the Salesforce stack.
• Mentor & Organization Builder : Serve as a cornerstone of technical expertise, challenge and engage senior engineers, and support career growth.
