A company is looking for an ITIL Process Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ITIL based Availability & Capacity Management processes with 24x7 coverage
Develop, maintain, and distribute the Capacity plan in accordance with projections and policies
Monitor compliance to Capacity targets and inform technical teams of any non-compliance
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing ITIL processes, specifically in Availability & Capacity Management
Strong understanding of IT environments and services from internal / external providers
Ability to identify and implement process improvements and integration enhancements
Experience in consolidating reports from technical teams for Service Capacity & Availability
Familiarity with capacity requirement projections and impact assessments
