Blakes LOTABURGER General Manager Benefits:
Competitive Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annually
o based on a 50-hour work week
o 40 hours full time + 10 hours overtime paid hourly

The Blakes LOTABURGER General Manager (GM) is in charge of protecting current sales and boosting future sales. They oversee all restaurant operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food, beverage, and labor costs. The GMs main role is to represent the Blakes brand and culture, ensuring the restaurant is efficient, provides quick and friendly service, and is clean and sanitary.
