The Project Management team is integral to Roche's mission, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the timely, efficient, and successful execution of key initiatives across our global portfolio. Our interns gain hands-on experience in the planning, execution, and closing of complex projects that directly impact patient outcomes and business strategy. This internship position is located in Santa Clara, on-site.

The Opportunity

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project deliverables, monitor deadlines, and proactively identify and communicate potential risks or scope changes.
• Facilitate project team meetings, document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Support the creation of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders and leadership updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools within the department.

Required Education : You meet one of the following criteria :

Required Majors : Business Administration, Project Management, Science or Engineering.

Required Skills : Demonstrated interest or coursework in Project Management, Business Operations, or a related field.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California, is $24.00-$40.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
