Marketplace Specialist

The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for managing, growing, and maintaining World Emblem's, Custom Genie and Hero's Pride presence across third party marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, and future channel expansions. This role owns marketplace execution end to end, with a strong focus on catalog accuracy, revenue growth, compliance, pricing strategy and performance reporting. This is a hands-on role that works closely with ecommerce, marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams.

Marketplace Management (Hands-On Ownership Required)

• Independently manage daily operations across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Facebook Catalog (Meta Commerce Manager), and Google Merchant Center
• Own end-to-end product listings and feeds, including titles, descriptions, imagery, attributes, variations, policy compliance, and catalog troubleshooting
• Maintain brand consistency, data accuracy, and feed integrity across all marketplace platforms

Pricing & Promotions

• Own channel-specific pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness while protecting contribution margin
• Execute platform-native promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns by marketplace
• Enforce MAP policies and marketplace-specific pricing rules

Order & Inventory Coordination

• Monitor marketplace order flow and coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and 3PL partners
• Actively manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts, overselling, and feed-related inventory errors
• Resolve platform-level order issues, cancellations, and listing or fulfillment errors

Performance & Reporting

• Track and analyze marketplace-specific KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, ad spend, ROAS, and contribution margin
• Build and deliver weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports for leadership
• Identify growth opportunities by SKU, category, and channel

Advertising & Growth Support

• Support and optimize Amazon Ads and Walmart Ads in partnership with internal teams or agencies
• Monitor ad performance and proactively surface risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Ensure advertising strategy aligns with inventory, margin, and operational capacity

Platform Compliance & Account Health

• Maintain strong account health across all marketplace platforms
• Monitor policy changes, warnings, suspensions, and compliance requirements

Lead issue resolution directly with marketplace support teams

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing ALL of the following platforms:
• Amazon Seller Central
• Walmart Seller Center
• Facebook Catalog / Meta Commerce Manager
• Google Merchant Center
• Proven experience managing large or complex product catalogs and product feeds
• Strong understanding of marketplace seller tools, diagnostics, and reporting dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with comfort owning performance and margin data
• High attention to detail with strong process ownership and execution discipline
