We are currently on the lookout for bus drivers to join our elite team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. $4,000 sign-on bonus offer valid through 3/31/2026. Please bring the following documents with you to the interview: resume, Colorado commercial driver's license or permit with airbrake & passenger endorsement or permit if available, 10 years complete work history, medical DOT (department of transportation) card if available.

• Starting pay: $26.43 with progression to $34.29 over 8 years

Key responsibilities:

• Operating your route safely and on schedule
• Providing friendly, professional customer service to passengers
• Conducting vehicle inspections to ensure safety and comfort
• Being a reliable trusted face in the community
• Working collaboratively with dispatchers and fellow drivers
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL (commercial driver's license) class B license or permit with passenger, airbrake and general knowledge endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Availability to work, day, evening, weekend, holidays and overnight shifts as assigned
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable

Physical requirements:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations
• Sit for extended periods (up to 68 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise
