Exact Staff is hiring for our client a dependable and motivated Dispatcher / Warehouse Support professional to join a fast-paced operation in Santa Clarita. This Dispatcher / Warehouse Support position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys multitasking, and is comfortable balancing office-based dispatch responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Pay Rate: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: Santa Clarita, CA 91351

Dispatcher / Warehouse Support Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and efficiently book service requests
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding scheduling and service updates
• Coordinate daily assignments with plumbers and field technicians
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational demands
• Perform filing, documentation, and general administrative support tasks
• Assist with warehouse duties including loading, unloading, organizing materials, and inventory support
• Safely lift and move materials weighing 75–100 lbs. as required
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and teamwork in a busy work environment

Dispatcher / Warehouse Support Qualifications

• Prior dispatching experience required (service, plumbing, construction, or logistics preferred)
• Ability to manage high call volume and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting
• Physically capable of lifting 75–100 lbs. and performing warehouse-related tasks
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
