3130854\n\n RN-EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT\n\nDESCRIPTION : \n\nJob Title : Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – 1.5 Years / First-Time Travelers\nLocation : Spokane, WA 99208\n\nShift : Night Shift – 3x12-hour shifts\n\nRequired Certifications : \n\nBLS (Basic Life Support)\n\nACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)\n\nPALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)\n\nNIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)\n\nTNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department\n\nRapidly triage and manage patients with varying acuity levels\n\nCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n\nAdminister medications and treatments per protocol\n\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation\n\nAdhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices\n\nQualifications : \n\nActive RN license (state license or compact, as applicable)\n\nMinimum of 1.5 years of recent ER nursing experience\n\nAbility to work nights and every other weekend\n\nStrong critical-thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
