Senior CRO Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior CRO Specialist (Contractor) to improve on-site conversion and optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a structured A / B and multivariate testing roadmap

Analyze on-site behavior to identify friction and conversion blockers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with product releases and marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of hands-on CRO or e-commerce optimization experience

Strong expertise with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)

Solid analytics capability (GA4, Looker / Tableau)

Experience optimizing Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms

Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices
