A company is looking for a Technical Writer / Editor to support the Department of Transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and compose technical information for user manuals, training materials, and reports
Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, and other customer deliverables
Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology in documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English / Communications, or a related field
2+ years of IT Technical Writing experience
Experience in writing, editing, and publishing technical documents
Strong experience with computer-based systems
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
