Title : Field Marketing Representative

Location : Role promotes at stores Lake Villa, Waukegan & Lake County

Compensation : $18–$21 / hr + Benefits + Company Vehicle

Re-Bath is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-energy Field Marketing Representative to represent our brand in retail stores. This full-time role includes a company vehicle for all work travel, so you can focus on connecting with customers and promoting our brand without worrying about your own transportation.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel in our company vehicle to retail stores across Vernon Hills, Waukegan, Lake Villa, Lake Geneva, Racine, Rockford & surrounding areas
  • Build strong relationships with store teams
  • Share product info and current promotions
  • Lead weekly training sessions
  • Generate leads and represent Re-Bath with professionalism and warmth

    • What You Bring

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales)
  • Strong communication and self-motivation
  • Valid driver’s license ( vehicle provided )
  • Ability to stand / walk for 4–6 hours
