Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Special Education Teacher to provide 1 : 1 support for a high school student with developmental disabilities in Bedford, NH. This contract role extends through June 2026 and requires availability Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individualized behavioral and educational support to a 21-year-old female student at a high school setting
  • Collaborate with two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who assist with student transport and community activities
  • Deliver specially designed instruction and related services on campus in the mornings
  • Support the student during lunch, activities of daily living (ADL), and community-based vocational and leisure engagements
  • Collect and document data on student progress following established methodologies
  • If fulfilling the BCBA role, oversee RBT supervision requirements in compliance with standards
  • Participate in safety training including Safety Care, CPI, or CALM, or demonstrate willingness to train

Qualifications :

  • BCBA certification or valid Special Education teaching credentials
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in school settings with behavioral interventions
  • Prior experience supporting students with developmental disabilities in educational environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong commitment to student-centered approaches and data-driven decision-making
