Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Special Education Teacher to provide 1 : 1 support for a high school student with developmental disabilities in Bedford, NH. This contract role extends through June 2026 and requires availability Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individualized behavioral and educational support to a 21-year-old female student at a high school setting
- Collaborate with two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who assist with student transport and community activities
- Deliver specially designed instruction and related services on campus in the mornings
- Support the student during lunch, activities of daily living (ADL), and community-based vocational and leisure engagements
- Collect and document data on student progress following established methodologies
- If fulfilling the BCBA role, oversee RBT supervision requirements in compliance with standards
- Participate in safety training including Safety Care, CPI, or CALM, or demonstrate willingness to train
