Job Summary

F.u.e.l Salon and Spa is seeking a Sales Associate and receptionist that is energetic and highly motivated to provide exceptional customer service and work with a successful team. We are located in a dynamic, densely populated part of Centennial and Highlands Ranch Colorado. Qualified candidate must be professional, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work long hours on your feet while hadling multiple tasks. It is very important that you have a take charge attitude and can demonstrate success in building relationships with clients as well as service providers. We are looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week with some flexibility. Duties include selling retail, salon service packages & gift certificates. Answering phones, booking appointments, laundry, salon cleanliness, going the extra mile and ensuring that guests are blown away with their customer experience. Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
