Bluegrass Orthopaedics is hiring a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) for our radiology department in Lexington, Ky.

As a Limited Medical Radiological Technologist (LMRT) for Bluegrass Orthopaedics, your job duties include operating imaging equipment and performing diagnostic x-rays as applicable on patients as ordered by the physician, evaluating radiographs for technical quality, assisting physician with imaging procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of field using continuing education and in-service, obtaining and completing process for medication requests by patients and distributing clean instruments to all areas of the clinic.

The LMRT will also maintain a safe, orderly work area and practice safety factors as well as perform other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor. The LMRT reports to the Radiology Supervisor.

We offer a variety of services for all areas of sports medicine, total joint care, industrial medicine and foot, ankle and hand care. Job Requirements :

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Completion of accredited LMRT program
• KY LMRT license in good standing
• Demonstrated skill on computer input and personal computer operation.
• Ability to follow instructions by medical provider for diagnostic imaging.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
