Inventory Analyst

A company is looking for an Inventory Analyst in the Hospitality / Hotel / Resort sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage room inventory across property management systems and internal tools

Analyze inventory allocation and recommend adjustments to optimize occupancy and revenue

Collaborate with resort operations to manage protected inventory and audit accuracy regularly

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in inventory management, revenue management, or related hospitality functions

Proficiency with property management systems, channel managers, and Microsoft Excel

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred

Familiarity with vacation ownership or timeshare environments highly preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
