Raytheon is seeking an early career Material Program Manager (MPM). This opportunity is with the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area Product Support sub-mission area of Raytheon directly supporting the Missiles Airborne and SeaPower (MA&S) product area this role the candidate will support the Program Supply Chain Lead MPM in all aspects of program supply chain execution for various programs.

As a Material Program Manager (MPM) In this highly visible role youre a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team responsible for creation and execution of Material Program Plans (MPP) to ensure the flawless execution of programs from the front end of the business through contract closure ensuring adherence to policies practices and procedures.

What You Will Do :

• Support the Lead MPM in developing managing and executing the MPS (Material Program Strategy) and the MPP (Material Program Plan) to enable successful execution of program performance to customer requirements from the front end of the business through contract closure.
• Generate various supply chain reports analyze data plan and take meaningful actions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Program Office Engineering Quality and Logistics Operations to resolve part and supplier complications.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues.
• Manage customer contract On-Time-Delivery (OTD) requirements.
• Provide accurate Program SCM input for EACs
• Prepare and present (verbal and written) to key stakeholders.
• Weekly material sales forecasting.

The salary range for this role is 75800 USD - 144200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
