Join Our Team as a Field Superintendent or Assistant Field Superintendent

Are you a skilled field person with a strong background in construction? Arris Contracting, a premier non-residential construction management and planning company, is seeking experienced Field Superintendents and Assistant Field Superintendents to join our dynamic team.

At Arris, we specialize in delivering high-quality projects, blending innovative planning with expert execution to exceed client expectations. In these roles, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety on-site

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily field operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address challenges and maintain progress
• Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track

Competencies

Work Environment : Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings and construction sites. Travel to the project construction site on a regular basis is required. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as project demands require.

Compensation : Expected Salary : $60,000 - $140,000
