[job_card.job_description]Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Four (4) years of experience in the Information Technology field Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment within established guidelines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships Must be able to work onsite full time, Monday–Thursday Must be a local resident Must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check Experience with digital services, departmental policy and procedures, and technical troubleshooting Ability to collect and analyze program data, assess trends, interpret results, and prepare reports Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions and take appropriate action Ability to plan, direct, and review the work of others Experience leading training sessions for internal and external stakeholders Ability to represent the organization at external engagement events Strong ability to prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and correspondence Support and coordinate change management processes Develop clear, targeted communications for internal and external audiences Participate in project meetings; provide follow-up documentation within required timelines Update project plans, spreadsheets, and status reports Contribute to policy, procedure, and process improvements Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support IT initiatives Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations Maintain accurate project and program records Assist with monitoring compliance and supporting program effectiveness Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
