What You'll Do

As a Door Conversion Technician , you'll be at the heart of our production floor - transforming raw materials into fully prepped, custom-fit hollow metal, stainless steel, and wood doors. Every day brings something new as you :

• Customize and prep doors with hardware, glass kits, lites, and sizing modifications.
• Interpret shop orders, templates, and drawings to bring our designs to life.
• Work with a variety of tools : welding, routing, grinding, sanding, and painting.
• Operate forklifts and manage materials across the shop.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas for process improvement.
