[job_card.job_description]Graduate from a professional nursing program resulting in a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree. Current New York State Registered Nurse license required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained and maintained. 1-3 years of relevant clinical RN experience in a Med-Surg or Progressive Care setting preferred. Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and the ability to apply problem-solving techniques in support of patient care excellence.

Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Job Description
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
- Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
- Apply sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
