Customer Care Specialist

Staffmark is hiring! Join our team in Dayton, OH, as a Customer Care Specialist and enjoy a hybrid work schedule- work-from-home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and in-office on Tuesday and Thursday. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping customers and supporting the sales team with product information, order management, and exceptional service.

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Hybrid Schedule : Monday - Friday | 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM | Work-from-home Monday / Wednesday / Friday, In-office Tuesday / Thursday

What You'll Do :

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or fax regarding pricing, availability, order tracking, and product solutions
• Enter orders from multiple channels (email, EDI, phone) and follow up on incomplete or problematic orders
• Assist customers in navigating the company website and process returns or credits according to brand guidelines
• Track and document customer feedback in SAP and identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products
• Maintain product knowledge, follow established procedures, and meet performance objectives
• Support workplace safety initiatives and demonstrate company core values
