Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
This is a fully remote role. We welcome applicants who reside in the following states : AR, CT, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MO, NH, OH, OK, RI, and TX.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing top healthcare talent to Elara Caring. You’ll guide candidates through every step of the onboarding journey, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure each new hire starts their Elara career with confidence and connection.
As an Elara Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways :
- Manage Recruiting Administration : Prepare and organize hiring documents, candidate packets, and onboarding materials.
- Serve as a TA Resource : Provide guidance on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices to HR and hiring teams.
- Oversee Referral Programs : Track employee referrals, confirm eligibility, and coordinate accordingly.
- Support Contingent Hiring : Partner with staffing agencies and internal teams to onboard contract workers and ensure compliance.
- Process Clinical Documentation : Verify I-9s, physicals, TB tests, background checks, and abuse registry results in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate End-to-End Onboarding : Manage the full pre-employment process from offer through start date, maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
What is Required?
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree4+ years of TA or HR coordination experienceProficiency in Microsoft Suite, Workday, and ServiceNowStrong understanding of healthcare compliance, background checks, and credentialingProven ability to manage the full pre-employment process, including I-9 and onboarding tasksExperience handling clinical backgrounds per state and federal regulationsFamiliarity with healthcare, hospice, or home health industry practicesWhy join the Elara Caring mission?
