Key Responsibilities
Resolve tickets submitted to Application Support by internal and external stakeholders
Perform root cause analysis and manage application configuration for optimal function and performance
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documentation
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with at least one reporting-based product (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
