Looking for Part-time / flexible hours that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation?

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Call, text, and email prior prospects to engage with agency
  • Handle Mailers

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

  • Hourly pay ($15 per hour plus BONUSES EXPECTED to be earned DAILY)

    • if minimum expectations & Goals are hit you would be making $20 to $35 an hour -or more - bonuses are unlimited

  • Valuable experience, Resume Builder
  • Growth potential / Opportunity for advancement within my agency and State Farm

    • Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Motivated by MONEY & a sense of accomplishment
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

  • Position may require irregular working hours - such as Community Events in Evenings or Weekends
