Position Overview : We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates for warehouse roles with full-time schedules; this role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while offering structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and potential for permanent employment; comprehensive training and tools will be provided while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities : Receive and inspect shipments by unloading incoming goods and verifying order specifications and condition; manage inventory by organizing products in designated storage locations and conducting stock checks and cycle counts; fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and labeling items for shipment; prepare shipments by securely packing products and meeting shipping deadlines; maintain warehouse organization by following safety protocols, proper storage guidelines, and keeping aisles clear; safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks; perform quality control by ensuring products are in good condition and reporting damaged or defective items; collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals, productivity standards, and maintain a positive work environment.
