We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team at AuDSEO a leading digital marketing agency specializing in providing services to hearing care professionals. As a Help Desk Technician you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients in the audiology industry.
Job Responsibilities :
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for client websites SEO strategies social media management and digital advertising campaigns
- Assisting clients with software and hardware issues related to their digital marketing services
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting and tracking client support tickets and resolutions
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and technical support
Essential Qualifications :
Degree in IT Computer Science or related fieldStrong knowledge of website design SEO social media management and digital advertisingExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCustomer-focused and detail-orientedDesired Experience :
