Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead all preconstruction and estimating efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. This role is ideal for a well-rounded professional who can blend strong technical estimating knowledge with outstanding client presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all phases of the preconstruction process, including conceptual estimating, design development pricing, and detailed bid preparation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Confidently prepare and present estimates during client meetings – excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Lead internal estimating teams, mentoring junior estimators and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
• Develop value engineering options and cost-saving strategies to align design intent with budget parameters.
• Participate in bid reviews, subcontractor selection, and proposal preparation.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff from preconstruction through construction.
