Requirements
- Active Virginia CNA license
- Adherence to our Five Behaviors : I learn, I care, I energize, I include, I engage
- Completed CNA training (required) with at least six months of experience in long-term care (preferred)
- Current Adult CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (polished, patient, courteous)
- Basic computer, math, and problem-solving skills
- Punctual and able to work the full established schedule
