JOB SUMMARY

At Comfort Systems of Montana, we're seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Apprentice with a growth mindset, who is eager to learn and contribute to our mission of setting the standard in HVAC industry. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, working under the guidance of experienced professionals and mentorship on goal setting, focusing on personal, professional, and financial growth! The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a career in HVAC, with a focus on customer service excellence and technical skill development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Skill Development : Engaging in comprehensive training programs to master the fundamentals of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Team Collaboration : Working closely with experienced technicians and peers to enhance learning through practical experience.
