    • About the Role

    The Company is in search of an Associate Dean for P-20 Education Initiatives, a role that demands a visionary leader to champion the enhancement of mathematics and science education. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening these educational areas as a key investment in the future of the College of Natural Sciences and the University. This includes positioning the work of the Dana Center as a priority and promoting a coherent range of education initiatives. The role also involves identifying and securing collaborations and partnerships that align with the mission and vision of the Dana Center and the College of Natural Sciences. Applicants for the Associate Dean position at the company should be prepared to engage in a variety of activities to cultivate subject-matter expertise, such as teaching, research, and participation in national organizations and professional societies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, particularly in the fields of mathematics and science, and a proven track record of fostering educational excellence. A key aspect of the role is the ability to bring together different educational initiatives and to work towards a common goal of enhancing the quality of education in these disciplines. The Associate Dean will also be expected to have a strategic approach to securing and managing partnerships that support the educational mission of the College of Natural Sciences and the University.
