• Scheduling : Efficiently coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet the unique needs of our senior clients.
• Communication : Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Caregiver-Client Matching : Recognize the importance of compatibility in caregiver-client relationships and strive to create optimal matches based on skills, personalities, and preferences.
• Client Satisfaction : Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules, client preferences, and any relevant information.
