Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the HR team in Mesa, AZ. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations and providing administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, recruitment, and records management and retention. The HR Coordinator is a trusted resource for employees and contributes to an efficient, organized and customer service workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department including preparing reports, managing correspondence and handling inquiries.
- Assist facilitating a seamless new hire onboarding experience including pre-employment and new hire activities.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR systems, processes, and documentation, engaging Sr. HR staff for more complex inquiries.
- Support periodic audits, HR programs, and processes, maintaining document tracking system.
- Ensure professional judgement in determining when AI assistance is and is not appropriate for tasks, following Edkey's AI policy.
- Sorts daily mail and distributes accordingly.

High School diploma or equivalent1+ years HR experience in a similar roleBasic understanding of HR competenciesWillingness to be curious and seek to understandProficient with Microsoft Office Products : Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional approach to work.Exceptional organization skills, ability to multitask.UKG experience a plus!Proficiency with systems and technology.You will be required to obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card for the role.
