Financial Analyst IV

Title : Financial Analyst

Location : Westford, MA (100% Onsite)

Duration : 6 Months

Pay Range : $41 / hr to $43 / hr (On W2)

We are looking for a "Financial Analyst" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst (FP&A) who can hit the ground running with minimal training. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on reporting experience, and advanced data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or medical device environment, as these backgrounds align closely with our operational needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or similar financial roles

Strong understanding of GAAP accounting

Advanced proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex calculations)

Background in manufacturing or medical devices is highly preferred

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot issues and proactively ask questions

Must be able to start quickly with minimal onboarding
