Key Responsibilities
Manage a team overseeing the Complaint Management Program, ensuring compliance and addressing escalated complaints
Foster relationships with management to promote a compliance culture and assist in risk mitigation efforts
Establish performance expectations for the team, monitor progress, and provide professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma / GED with 10 years of experience
Experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Regulatory Compliance Management
Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop partnerships with senior leadership
Experience with data analysis and reporting
