Global Program Manager Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of core enablement programs, executing projects such as : Veeam Sales Professional Badge Curriculum (VMSP), ongoing Partner Enablement, VCSP initiatives, etc.
• Act as a learning performance consultant to key stakeholders when conducting analysis and making recommendations for learning solutions.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and aligned with identified business outcomes and goals.
• Submit materials for regular review throughout the PM process and maintain accurate reports via the project reporting tool (Monday.com).
• Own end-to-end strategic planning, program management, design & development process and maintain long-term accuracy of content, modifying and / or redeployment as & when business objectives require it to change.
• Work regional Sales Acceleration teams to gather training needs & knowledge gaps to identify how an identified training need might be executed within the internal channel teams.

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
