Legacy DIAS Developer

The Opportunity :

Join our team as a DoDIIS Identity and Authorization Service (DIAS) Developer. As a skilled and experienced One Identity Active Roles Server (ARS) Administrator, you'll lead the configuration, management, and support of our One Identity ARS platform. This role is vital to ensuring secure, automated, and efficient Active Directory (AD) administration while supporting identity lifecycle processes and access governance within the enterprise environment.

You Have :

Experience in Active Directory management, automation, and group policy

Experience managing user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers

Experience in PowerShell scripting to manage ARS policies and workflows

Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege principles, and delegation models

Knowledge of Windows Server OS, multi-domain, and forest environments

Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have :

Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity models

Experience integrating work with other IAM platforms such as SailPoint or Okta

Experience in federal, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or other highly regulated environments

Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, and HIPAA

Knowledge of identity-related protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth

Knowledge of monitoring tools and integration with SIEM platforms

TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
